What is an End of tenancy cleaning?

It is a specialised, professional cleaning service carried out at the end of tenancy period, once all tenants have moved out, or prior to moving in, and it's designed to ensure customers get back their deposit in full amount.

What if my property doesn't match the presented packages?

If your property doesn't match any presented packages, you can customize or add to your booking elements, with the certain price displayed, in the customisation option, that enables you to include carpet and upholstery cleaning as well.

How Long prior to the booking time can I cancel or reschedule for free?

We allow our customers to cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the booking time cost-free. Check our cancelation policy here

How should I prepare for the end of tenancy cleaning service?

To prepare for the end of tenancy cleaning service, ensure that you are completely moved out, most of the rubbish is removed from the premises, and delicate surfaces are identified in advance. Additionally, defrost the freezer one day before the service, identify necessary cleaning products for delicate surfaces, and ensure access to hot water and electricity. Lastly, we recommend scheduling an inventory check no later than 24-48 hours after the cleaning job to prevent surfaces from getting dusty.

How is the pricing determined?

The quotation provided for end of tenancy cleaning is based on a property in normal condition. However, if the property's rooms are significantly larger or in heavier condition or if additional services are required, the quotation may be subject to change.

What if additional work is required during the cleaning service?

If additional work, items, or rooms are required and not previously mentioned, we will attempt to contact the customer for authorization. If we do not receive a response within half an hour, we will proceed with the extra work, and an additional fee will be due.

Under what circumstances will a free re-clean not be offered?

A free re-clean will not be offered if the client or a third party has used the property after the cleaning, if the customer notifies us outside the 48-hour guaranteed period, or if the inventory checkout is not conducted within 24 hours of completion. Additionally, if the customer fails to provide access for cleaning due to belongings still present or lacks hot water and electricity, a free re-clean will not be provided. Lastly, if the customer's complaint does not align with the detailed photo report from professionals, a free re-clean will not be offered for free.
